South Asian literature refers to the literary works of writers from the Indian subcontinent and its diaspora. Countries to which South Asian literature are linked include India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka ,Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, Tibet, and the Maldives.
